The venue was clean and spacious. Its location was central, 200 metres from Queen Street. The hotel was a great base for enjoying a pretty nice area.

It made my trip to Auckland an peaceful experience. I got free upgrade and liked it. Everything was superb as expected, yet the bathroom was very small. The pool was lovely and there were a sauna and a whirlpool. An easy walk to the clean beach...

Absolutely brilliant view, EXCELLENT CO-OPERATING staff, cheap food. Shops and supermarkets were right next door. Location was ideal, 25 km to Auckland airport, perfectly reachable.

I loved the place, it was spotless & the staff were very obliging. They made my stay decent! The breakfast had lots of options: bread and butter. You could walk to supermarket and shops. Early check in and in general efficient service.
Facilities were modern, though wi-fi was off.
